About the Company: Our client is delivering a major solar and transmission infrastructure project in the Pilbara on one of Western Australia's most significant resource sites. With a strong safety culture, structured systems, and national presence, they are now seeking a site-based HSE Advisor to join their team permanently.

You’ll play a key role in supporting boots-on-the-ground safety across civil, electrical, and transmission scopes, ensuring alignment with client, contractor, and legislative standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide site-level HSE support across solar and transmission work fronts
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and lead safety observations
  • Support toolbox talks, pre-starts, and daily HSE communication
  • Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions, and reporting
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with SWMS, JHAs, and project-specific procedures
  • Work closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and client reps to maintain high safety standards
  • Maintain accurate HSE records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
  • Proven experience in a HSE role on civil, electrical, or mining infrastructure projects
  • Safety qualifications – minimum Cert IV in WHS or equivalent
  • Familiarity with FIFO construction environments and client-side expectations
  • Ability to build strong relationships across site teams and lead from the front
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Renewable energy or transmission project experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to pass medical and site onboarding requirements
