The role:
We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join a well-regarded Tier 3 commercial builder in Perth. This company delivers a strong pipeline of projects across the retail, fuel, and fast-food sectors, with additional works in refurbishments, fit-outs, and smaller health and commercial builds.
As Senior Estimator, you’ll take the lead on preparing accurate and competitive tenders, working closely with directors, project managers, and consultants to secure projects and support ongoing growth.

Some details:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions across retail, fuel stations, and fast-food developments
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and reports to identify risks and ensure accurate submissions
• Manage subcontractor pricing and trade packages to deliver competitive bids
• Collaborate with directors and consultants to support ECI and D&C opportunities
• Present tenders and assist in client negotiations
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement in processes
• Use industry software including CostX, Procore, Estimate One and related platforms

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the commercial construction sector
• Exposure to retail, fuel, and fast-food builds highly regarded
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office
• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to accuracy and quality
