Initially studying law, Julianne made the jump to recruitment in late 2021 when she was recruited out of a Vodafone store. She quickly fell in love with the job, and is well known for her outgoing personality and loud phone calls, welcoming catch up conversations with candidates and clients alike.Not looking back, she co-founded Haines Christo with the goal of changing how recruiters can be seen and giving a space for recruiters to excel. She specialises across the commercial and project controls space and has for over 2 years.
